Join our Tax & Finance team in London as a Tax Manager supporting tax compliance, advisory, and operational tax processes. 

Your future role within QRT:

  • Review UK corporate and international (e.g., CbCR, Pillar 2) tax filings prepared by external tax preparers.
  • Assist with ad hoc advisory matters and compliance for U.S./ international withholding tax regimes, including Chapters 3 and 4, FATCA, and CRS.
  • Support the completion and submission of withholding tax exemption forms (e.g., W-8BEN-E, treaty forms, and equivalents in other jurisdictions).
  • Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure proper documentation and withholding positions across jurisdictions.
  • Research and engage with external tax advisors on tax technical matters.
  • Monitor, track, and assess developments in tax regulations.
  • Contribute to internal tax policies, controls, process automation, and documentation. 

Your present skillset: 

  • 4+ years of tax experience, gained either within a public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and financial services experience, with a strong focus on UK tax within hedge funds, private equity, venture capital or similar financial industries.
  • Professional tax/accounting qualification required (e.g. CPA, EA, ACA, CTA, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax rules, plus experience in 1 or more jurisdictions in the EU and/or US preferred.
  • Experience with indirect taxes and international tax matters in a tax advisory capacity is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
