Mondelēz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individual in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Food technology, Engineering or relevant technical discipline with a passion for HSE (Health Safety and Environment), Workplace Ergonomics and Sustainability to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade existing HSE data collection and HSE data base management process using more user friendly interfaces
- Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessary
- Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures
What You'll Bring:
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Solid computer skills (Power BI, MS Office, email communication, general computer use); no specific software knowledge required.
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Food technology, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
