Join NatWest Boxed as our TAM Manager

In this role you'll manage a team of TAMs (Technical Account Managers) and ensure that customers understand Boxed product specifications, operational capabilities, timelines and other plans.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading the TAM team across multiple parallel client deliverables
  • Defining and implementing the Boxed TAM strategy, scaling the function to support growth targets
  • Ownership of all technical client relationships and communication channels for all Product, Technical, and Delivery discussions
  • Owner of the Client Implementation Plan (and feeding into the overall NatWest Boxed integrated plan)
  • Driving pre-sales technical scoping and resource estimation for multi-million pound BaaS opportunities
  • First point of escalation for TAM team - bringing in SMEs only when needed (to minimise distraction from core delivery)
  • Project & Delivery Leadership, Governance, and Reporting

What makes you a great fit (skills/knowledge required)

  • Extensive vendor-side experience of managing B2B technical relationships (covering products and delivery) with large corporate clients
  • Ability to coordinate multiple programs of work with multiple clients
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills, demonstrated by a successful track record of delivering B2B SaaS programs of work
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a high-performing technical team of TAMs, including hiring and performance management
  • Amazing ability to understand a client’s commercial challenges and translate into technical solutions that can be delivered by Boxed using current and planned functionality
  • Ability to help steer product roadmap based on real client / customer interactions (by providing input to Product Managers)
It would be great if you also had:
  • A strong understanding of BaaS and Embedded finance markets (across Savings and Lending)
