We're currently hiring for exceptional Talent Researchers/Sourcers who are experienced with AI Engineering at the highest level.
You will be working on complex, critical searches for our clients including Leadership.
RequirementsExperience in fast paced, demanding executive recruiting environments, either onsite/internally for modern technology businesses and/or as part of a search firm
Familiar with an array of AI engineering and/or leadership roles
Comfortable both passively sourcing, approaching and screening discerning candidates
Broad passion for the technology industry, and up to date on current affairs in the industry
Exceptional, compelling communication skills (especially written) and emotional intelligence
Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment
Conscientious, hardworking and driven
