Role Purpose

As a Talent Partner for Go-to-Market at Civica, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in sales, marketing, customer success functions. You will partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify, engage, and secure high-calibre candidates who will drive our go-to-market success.

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Talent Acquisition Strategy;

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for go-to-market roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions.

Stakeholder Management;

Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce planning, and talent needs.

Sourcing and Recruitment;

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

Candidate Experience;

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Market Intelligence;

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Diversity and Inclusion;

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse talent pool and promoting an inclusive hiring process.

Employer Branding;

Collaborate with the employer branding team to enhance Civica's employer brand and position us as an employer of choice in the market.

Metrics and Reporting;

Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. (we use Workable)
