The Role
The Talent Team takes pride in attracting and engaging world-class talent for every team at MVF. With a significant number of new roles added to our hiring plan, we're bringing in a Talent Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to help us deliver. You'll own a busy, varied workload of vacancies, mainly across Tech & Marketing, partnering closely with hiring managers and the wider Talent Team, so you'll need to hit the ground running.
What we're offering you:
  • Summer Fridays
  • Competitive holiday benefits - 25 days a year paid holiday, plus 8 bank holidays (increases 1 day a year up to 30 days)
  • Hybrid working
  • Closed for Christmas holidays - Extra days not taken from your annual holiday allowance.
  • Work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year

  • Be Well: Our award-winning wellbeing and mental health programme to support all MVFers and their families
  • Family Forward support for our MVF parents and their mini-mes
  • 2 charity days a year

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of vacancies, mainly across Tech & Marketing
  2. Run role briefing meetings with hiring managers to agree requirements, process and timelines
  3. Manage candidates and pipelines in Teamtailor, keeping data clean and reporting accurate
  4. Use AI tools to work more efficiently - e.g. drafting job ads, building sourcing searches and summarising interview notes - while keeping the candidate experience human
  5. Deliver a great experience for every candidate and actively promote MVF as an employer of choice
  6. Work closely with the wider Talent Team, sharing insight and supporting each other to hit our hiring goals

What Success Looks Like:
  • Vacancies filled within agreed timelines, with hiring managers confident in the quality of shortlists
  • Most hires sourced directly, keeping agency usage and cost to a minimum
  • Consistently positive candidate feedback, whether or not candidates are successful
  • Accurate, up-to-date Teamtailor data that supports reliable hiring reports

Our Ideal MVFer:
  • Strong agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, ideally managing multiple roles at once
  • Proven success using direct-sourcing methods to minimise agency usage (if coming from an in-house role)
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers
  • Experience with Teamtailor would be great, though experience with another ATS is fine
  • Curious about AI and already using it in your recruitment work, or keen to learn
  • A team player, always looking to help those around them and conducting their work with the utmost integrity

The Talent Team sits within People and is responsible for attracting and hiring world-class talent across every part of MVF. We partner closely with leaders to build the teams that drive our growth, and take pride in giving every candidate a great experience.
