Job Description

We are looking for a Talent and Organisation Design Manager to shape and deliver a practical, business led approach to career development, succession, and organisational growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Experience and Products, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the structures, skills, and pathways in place to support our continued success.

This is a new role in a high performing People team, with a remit that spans the whole business. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to align people development and organisation design with our strategic goals, ensuring our approach reflects the pace, complexity, and ambition of a leading UK fintech.

What you will be doing

  • Design and lead our talent management approach, including internal mobility, succession planning, and development pathways

  • Partner with leaders to create career growth plans, secondments, and promotion routes that balance business needs with individual aspirations

  • Lead organisation design initiatives that support evolving team structures, operating models, and ways of working

  • Provide strategic HR consulting to senior leaders on talent planning and organisational effectiveness

  • Support the communication and embedding of changes, working with leaders to build understanding and ownership

  • Develop practical frameworks to support returners and non linear career pathways, including alumni and “boomerang” moves

  • Use data and insight to shape decisions and track the impact of talent and organisation design work

  • Build manager capability in talent development and organisation change through tools, guidance, and coaching

  • Collaborate across the People team to ensure talent and organisation design solutions align with our performance, reward, learning, and inclusion strategies

About you

You are a hands-on talent and organisation design professional who combines strategic thinking with a bias for action. You know how to take big ideas and translate them into simple, practical solutions that drive impact. You are comfortable working at pace and in ambiguity, and you build trust quickly with leaders, managers, and colleagues.

We think you will be successful if you have:

  • Experience in a talent or organisation design role with a focus on career development, succession planning, or structural change

  • Strong consulting skills and the confidence to work directly with senior leaders

  • A practical approach – you know what good looks like but also how to make it work in a fast moving environment

  • The ability to use data and insight to inform your thinking and track progress

  • A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in how people grow and organisations evolve

  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work across functions, levels, and perspectives to build buy in and drive action

Bring all of you to work

We create the conditions for high performers to thrive – through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.

Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity – and where your growth is in your hands.

We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.

It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.
