Our purpose is to positively impact people’s lives every day in every home around the world! We work very hard to provide our consumers with high-quality, exciting 5-star products that make life easier. We thrive on passion and innovation and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.

About The Role

At SharkNinja, we are committed to helping people achieve more than they ever thought possible—to live and practice what we call an Outrageously Extraordinary (OE) mindset.

The team (tX) is a strategic partner to the business and exists to help leaders and teams deliver outrageously extraordinary (OE) results through a mix of: (i) end-to-end talent practices (e.g. onboarding, leader development); (ii) leader-led solutions, that are integrated into employees’ day-to-day work (e.g. toolkits or resources deployed at team-level); and (iii) longer term high impact initiatives (e.g. that look at how we drive impact to business ways of working).

The Talent Management, Project Manager (EMEA) role, is a key enabler for our EMEA team to support a region that has seen fast business growth in recent years. For this role, we’re especially looking for someone who can wear multiple “hats”, and has skillsets related to ‘creative production’ as well as project management (e.g. yes, you will oversee EMEA tX schedules, and we also need you to get involved in the creative side of our work: have an eye for what great videos look like or visually engaging comms related to a project).  Working across all our “product categories” and initiatives (including, but not exclusively, Leadership, Onboarding, OE mindset and Team Effectiveness), you’ll work with the wider team to ensure that these are executed flawlessly. This includes everything from being the EMEA PoC for both global and regional initiatives, to inputting and supporting on local tX comms. You’ll collaborate with colleagues in our Global People & Culture team (Needham, MA), and support with global initiatives (e.g. Digital Hub, Quarterly Hacks) as needed. This is a hybrid-based role, three days a week, in our iconic Battersea, London office.

Some of the exciting things you’ll get to do

  • Mastermind Projects: Oversee day-to-day operations for EMEA tX. You'll be the go-to person for EMEA when it comes to managing and executing projects across the tX portfolio. Your attention to detail will ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Digital Native: You’ll be a digital native or a fast learner when it comes to navigating technology or creative tools to ensure projects are led and run effectively. Working closely with team members in our HQ, you’ll ensure our EMEA team are up to speed on how we’re using technology as a function.
  • Data and Evaluation: You’ll be data savvy and think about how we are reporting on progress and telling the impact story in captivating ways.
  • Innovative Solutions: When plans change, you'll be ready with creative alternatives. Your experience in areas such as event management or production (just to give examples) will shine as you navigate challenges with ease.
  • Resource Guru: You'll make sure every tX event and initiative is fully equipped for success. From coordinating with local vendors, for region-specific initiatives, to being the EMEA PoC when it comes to managing material needed for local delivery.

Here are some of the things you’ll bring

Ideally, 5+ years of progam operations experience with experience working across events, productions or multi-media.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity well: For instance, you might have successfully led a project with tight deadlines and shifting requirements, ensuring timely delivery while adapting to new information and changes.

The ability to self-manage, take initiative, and work independently: For example, you may have led projects where you’ve taken a brief and built an end-to-end process, or identified a gap in an approach and helped plug this gap whilst collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout.

You’ll balance a strong bias for action, with the need to develop high quality solutions: For example, you might have quickly developed a prototype to address an urgent audience need, while simultaneously planning for a more robust, long-term solution to ensure high quality and sustainability.

You’re humble and curious to learn. For example, you’ll be someone who actively seeks out feedback without being asked and knows how to frame questions to get context (perhaps you have some experience in coaching or consulting, just as an example).
