About Lendable

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:

  • One of the UK’s newest unicorns with a team of just over 600 people

  • Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK

  • Profitable since 2017

  • Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs

  • Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)

So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.

We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

Join us if you want to
  1. Take ownership across a broad remit. You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1

  2. Work in small teams of exceptional people, who are relentlessly resourceful to solve problems and find smarter solutions than the status quo

  3. Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting

The role

As our Talent Experience Partner, you will have ownership and oversight of the entire candidate journey, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and reflective of our unique culture. You’ll be the heartbeat of our hiring process, orchestrating global interviews, optimising our ATS (Ashby), refining candidate communications, and championing projects that make the hiring experience better for everyone. Balancing detail with pace and empathy with impact, you’ll make sure that every candidate walks away with a positive impression of our brand, no matter the outcome.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.

  • Coordinate complex, global interview schedules across multiple time zones.

  • Be the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely and thoughtful communication.

  • Monitor and analyse candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback, turning insights into action.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and optimise efficiency.

  • Manage and enhance our ATS (Ashby) to improve workflow and visibility.

  • Continuously refresh candidate messaging so it’s clear, warm, and engaging.

  • Drive improvement projects that raise the bar for the overall candidate experience.

What we offer:

  • Real impact - see your work directly shape the trajectory of our company. Every hire you make here is a game-changer.

  • Growth - join and learn from driven, smart teammates who push for better, daily.

  • High agency - you’ll own your projects end-to-end, have a genuine seat at the table, and make meaningful decisions that matter. No red tape, just results.

  • Low ego - we value humility, transparency, and the willingness to listen. No politics, just mutual respect and shared wins.

  • Best of both - we’re a financially solid fintech with a start-up mentality. Enjoy the stability and resources alongside the pace, autonomy, and fun of a scrappy challenger brand.

What we’re looking for:

  • You have 3+ years in an in-house talent experience, coordination or a similar role, managing end to end candidate journeys.

  • You’re an exceptional communicator, with great organisational skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • You have proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • You’re tech-savvy, with experience managing or optimising an ATS (ideally Ashby, but not essential).

  • You’re highly curious, with a data-driven mindset and knack for turning feedback and metrics into actionable improvements.

  • You’re a natural relationship-builder, comfortable working across teams, time zones, and cultures.

  • You have unwavering attention to detail, curiosity, and a genuine desire to create a standout candidate experience.

Interview process:

  • Screening call - a 30 minute call with our Head of Talent.

  • Leadership interview - a 45 minute interview with our Lead Talent Partner.

  • Final interview - a 45 minute task with the Head of Talent and VP, People, followed by a 45 minute stakeholder interview.

Life at Lendable
  • The opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies.

  • Best-in-class compensation, including equity.

  • You can work from home every Monday and Friday if you wish - on the other days, those based in the UK come together IRL at our Shoreditch office in London to be together, build and exchange ideas.

  • Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks in the office every Tuesday-Thursday.

  • We care for our Lendies’ well-being both physically and mentally, so we offer coverage when it comes to private health insurance

  • We're an equal-opportunity employer and are looking to make Lendable the most inclusive and open workspace in London
