Talent Experience Coordinator

Our Talent Acquisition team are now looking for a Talent Experience Coordinator to help us attract exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding recruitment process. You will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for every applicant and ensuring that they feel valued, well-informed, and respected throughout their journey.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding candidates confidently through the recruitment process by communicating clearly, addressing questions, and ensuring each touchpoint is seamless. Reporting to the Talent Experience Team Leader, and working closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, consistent, and positive recruitment experience for all.

You will also:

  • Oversee candidate communications, ensuring all applicants receive timely and accurate updates on their application status.
  • Create and manage job advertisements, ensuring all roles are posted correctly in Workday and across relevant channels.
  • Monitor and document outcomes of all interviews to maintain a comprehensive overview of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Adhere to GDPR processes, ensuring candidate privacy and data protection at all times.
  • Move candidates through the recruitment pipeline in Workday, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation of the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organising and preparing for Harrods Assessment Centres when required.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will be someone with strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills, capable of managing your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but your commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every candidate is what matters most.

You will also…

  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards in your work.
  • Be a supportive and collaborative team player.
  • Be a clear and friendly communicator.
  • Have a proactive approach and take initiative to keep tasks moving forward while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Be motivated by working and speaking with people on a daily basis.

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
