We are looking for a Talent Development Business Partner to support our Front Office business. This role is based in Paris and requires fluency in English and French.

Your Future Role at QRT:

  • Anticipate future business needs by staying ahead of emerging learning trends through field-specific conferences and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to share critical themes, insights and recommendations to enhance strategic alignment
  • Work with Front Office leaders and in-house academic experts to design and implement actionable learning experiences based on data
  • Lead development planning and skill gap discussions for employees in your function, offering personalised career coaching to support professional growth 
  • Design and facilitate team-building sessions that address the unique dynamics and objectives of Front Office teams
  • Create and distribute job aids and resources to document best practices, ensuring easy accessibility and consistency across the function
  • Design and deliver targeted soft skills training sessions to meet identified needs
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and recommend tools and strategies that drive productivity and efficiency

Your Present Skillset:

  • 10+ years of experience, preferably in the buy-side, financial services or Front Office functions
  • Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or Talent Management
  • Experience with psychometric assessments for team-building, coaching qualifications and career conversations
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to operate at pace and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Advanced stakeholder management across all levels
  • Self-starter who is able to organise their own workload as well as assist others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-player, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience mentoring and growing junior colleagues
  • Fluency in English and French
