Your future role within QRT:

The successful candidate will join a growing Onboarding team who are currently expanding their headcount globally. In this role you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and looking to grow their career in HR and onboarding.

  • Run engaging weekly induction sessions to introduce new joiners to QRT’s culture, values, and ways of working
  • Act as the first point of contact for new employees, guiding them through their onboarding journey and addressing any questions they may have
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Compliance, and Security, to support smooth onboarding operations
  • Help oversee the buddy program, including matching buddies and collecting feedback to enhance engagement
  • Ensure onboarding materials and welcome swag are stocked and distributed to new joiners in a timely manner
  • Provide input and ideas to enhance the onboarding experience and drive engagement
  • Work with global teams to align London’s onboarding processes with company-wide initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, preparing materials, and managing logistical needs for onboarding activities

Your present skillset

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience of working in a similar position managing learning programme(s) for a global company
  • Interest in building and promoting a learning culture within the organisation
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a high attention to detail are essential
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Workday knowledge is preferred
  • People Analytics skills are desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who can organize their own workload as well as assisting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key with the ability to communicate at all level
