Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Development, the Talent Development Manager, EMEA is responsible for overseeing talent development and leadership programs within the EMEA.  You will oversee the design and delivery of scalable learning and talent development solutions that align with GLG’s global priorities and enhance GLG’s ability to engage, develop and retain diverse talent. Your solutions will empower the professional and career development of employees, drive team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

You will partner with business leaders across the EMEA region to understand business needs, provide hands-on support and coaching, and deliver impactful learning and development programs. In addition, you will work closely with your Talent Development global colleagues to support the deployment of programs and initiatives around the globe.

More specifically, you will…

  • Work with the Global Head of Talent Development and your global counterparts to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for EMEA aligned with GLG's business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze learning needs and performance gaps within EMEA and design and deliver learning solutions that address those needs, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
  • Facilitate learning interventions at all levels including onboarding, professional skills, team effectiveness and leadership sessions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in learning and development, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience and drive organizational success.
  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to managers in identifying and addressing employee and team development needs, providing tools and resources to help teams maximize their performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth, integrating learning into daily work practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and learning providers to optimize GLG's learning initiatives.
  • Partner with the Global Program Manager to identify key results and metrics for learning programs, evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and embed inclusivity in all our programs and processes.


We’re looking for…

  • 5+ years of learning & development experience, including time spent in organizations known for strong competency in human resources/talent management.
  • Prior experience leading the design and delivery of learning solutions for diverse groups of learners.
  • Excellent facilitation skills; ideally DISC accredited.
  • Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, psychometric tools and adult learning principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present across various forums and to a diverse audience.
  • Experience managing learning programs and projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Experience identifying, assessing and managing external vendor partners.
  • Ability to analyze data to produce insights that can inform future strategy.
