These type of positions are hybrid and can be based in the following EMEA hubs:

 


UK (Hemel Hempstead), France (Voisins-le-Bretonneux), Germany (Düsseldorf), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Milan), Poland (Warsaw).

 As an EMEA Upstream Product Manager, Digital Solutions, your responsibilities could include:
  • Defining and driving the upstream product strategy and roadmap for digital health solutions across EMEA
  • Identifying unmet customer needs and translating insights into product concepts and development requirements
  • Leading early-stage product development, including concept validation, business case creation, and value proposition definition
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to shape and develop digital solutions
  • Acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring strong user experience (UserX) and adoption
  • Supporting Agile development processes by prioritizing features, contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guiding development direction
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health innovations to inform product strategy
  • Preparing successful product launches in collaboration with downstream teams and ensuring readiness for scale and deployment
 To join our Talent Community and be successful in such roles, you would need:
  • Proven experience in Upstream Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Digital Health (typically 5+ years, including healthcare exposure)
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, ideally within Agile environments
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international, and matrix organizations
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and technical requirements
  • Strong analytical thinking, innovation mindset, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and ideally one additional European language
  • Relevant academic background (e.g., MSc in engineering, digital/IT, life sciences, or related field)
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
