Role Description

The Talent Brand team helps people see Dropbox as more than a place to work. It’s a place where creativity, community, and impact come together. We tell the stories that attract the people who will shape the future of distributed, AI-powered work.

As Dropbox accelerates its transformation into an AI-first company, storytelling has never been more important. Talent Brand Creative & Campaigns leads the narrative bringing the Dropbox Talent Brand to life through campaigns, content, and employee advocacy.

As the Talent Brand Creative & Campaigns Lead, you will source and develop the stories, campaigns, and creative expressions that deepen emotional connection to Dropbox, as an employer. Leveraging AI technology and in partnership with agency partners, you’ll shape end-to-end content strategy, lead social creative development, and create global and localized campaigns that resonate with key talent audiences.

You’ll also serve as our Poland market lead, a market with a thriving Dropbox hub, tailoring creative and campaign activation to local needs and cultural context.

You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Brand teammates in Brand & Insights, to ground creative direction in data, and Experiential Activation, to amplify and extend event-based storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction and content strategy across global and localized Talent Brand campaigns.
  • Create social content (copy, scripts, visual direction) and guide stakeholder alignment and approvals, alongside Talent Brand & Insights.
  • Lead the full storytelling pipeline from ideation to narrative architecture to creative asset development.
  • Own the strategy, design and ongoing management of the employee advocacy program (e.g., DSMN8), empowering employees to share authentic, on-brand stories.
  • Shape the Talent Community engagement strategy, including newsletters, storytelling series, updates, and distribution.
  • Partner with Brand & Insights to ensure creative is insight-backed, consistent with the Employer Value Proposition, and optimized for performance.
  • Partner with Experiential Activation to plan pre-, during-, and post-event content capture, storytelling, and amplification.
  • Lead Poland market strategy, in partnership with International Recruiting and local market teams, ensuring localized creative, campaigns, and activations are culturally relevant and high-impact.
  • Ensure narrative consistency across channels including social, career site content (produced in partnership with Brand & Insights), events, and internal channels.
  • Manage creative workflows and agencies, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with Dropbox brand guidelines.
  • Prepare for AI-enabled creative scale by establishing modular and automated creative systems.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years experience in creative strategy, content development, campaign production, and/or brand storytelling.
  • Strong writing, concepting, and narrative development skills.
  • Experience building social media content for brand storytelling, including short-form, visual, and multimedia content.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns and/or multi-channel narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, creative workflows, and review cycles.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort partnering with key stakeholders and teams.
  • Clear communication and ability to pitch creative ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Data-aware approach to creativity and comfort using insights to refine direction and measure impact.
  • Comfort in applying HR as a Product thinking to creative operations and campaign planning.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for creative ideation, content creation, or workflow acceleration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience directing video, photography, or social-first content.
