Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from identification of manpower requirements through to candidate selection.
  • Liaise with Head of Department and High Managers to understand vacancies, job requirements, competencies, and workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure that positions are clearly defined before recruitment activities commence.
  • Update and maintain open positions across relevant recruitment platforms and internal systems.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and other appropriate channels.
  • Screen CVs and applications against established job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephone, online, and face-to-face interviews where required.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure that recruitment information is updated in the relevant HR systems.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure that candidates and interviewers receive timely information.
  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Ensure that the candidate experience reflects the organisation's values, culture, service standards, and employer brand.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support the creation of employee stories, testimonials, recruitment campaigns, career content, and Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Manage the documentation and administrative process relating to Occupation Permits, Work Permits, entry permits, residence-related requirements, and other relevant employment authorisations.
  • Ensure that required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders regarding permit applications, approvals, queries, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of international employees' permit status, expiry dates, and required actions.
  • Ensure that international recruitment activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment progress against agreed manpower plans and timelines.
  • Maintain updated vacancy and manpower trackers and provide regular recruitment reports to management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment-to-onboarding transition for successful candidates.
  • Ensure that new employees receive appropriate joining instructions and information prior to arrival.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the organisation's recruitment and HR systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of candidate and employee information.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to talent, employee experience, engagement, and organisational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in international recruitment and work permit/immigration processes would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Teamwork and collaboration
