The Talent Acquisition team partner closely with Technology, Trading, and Business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in highly competitive markets. We combine deep market knowledge with a proactive, data-driven approach, ensuring QRT attracts and secures world-class talent. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, the team also supports strategic initiatives such as global office build-outs and continuous improvement of our hiring tools and processes.


Your future role within QRT:

You will play a key role in supporting hiring for our technology and infrastructure teams, with a particular focus on roles that ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our trading platforms.

This is an end-to-end recruitment role with an emphasis on delivery, candidate experience, and developing strong partnerships with hiring managers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes for infrastructure-focused technology roles, including Site Reliability Engineers, Production Engineers, Platform/DevOps Engineers, and Security Engineers.
  • Supporting sourcing efforts for technical roles, building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, internal tools, and market research.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements across infrastructure, production support, and security functions.
  • Proactively engaging candidates through outreach, networking, and relevant platforms to build consistent talent pipelines.
  • Delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
  • Supporting hiring projects such as team expansions and contributing to process improvements within Talent Acquisition.
  • Working with external agencies where needed, ensuring alignment with QRT’s expectations and standards.

 

Your Present Skillset:

  • 3–5 years of experience in technology recruitment, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, platform, or production-focused roles (e.g. SRE, DevOps, Support Engineering, Security).
  • Experience supporting sourcing and delivery in competitive technical markets, with an interest in infrastructure and systems-focused hiring.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop deeper knowledge of technical hiring markets.
