About The Role:
• Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to meet the organization's hiring goals
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline
• Lead end-to-end hiring efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
• Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Monitor and analyze talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various talent acquisition marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making
• Driving innovation and improvement with best practices and new methods
• Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Requirements
• At least 2-4 years’ experience as a team leader / manager in a Hi-tech company
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologies
• Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
• Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
• High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of local country law related to recruitment.
• BA in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences
• Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
