  • You will be responsible for publishing, searching, and interviewing potential candidates.
  • You will consistently update the ATS with candidates and their details.
  • You will strategize priorities with management and reach your KPIs.
  • You will perform interviews and reviews of candidates with the hiring managers.
  • You will solicit feedback and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior team managers.
  • You will perform administrative duties for new hires such as drafting offers, approvals and contracts.
  • You will assist managers in the onboarding and offboarding of employees. And organise trainings and learning and development activities.

 

Requirement

  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in a recruitment role.
  • You speak a proficient level of English, Spanish and French. An Advanced level of Italian is also preferred however not mandatory.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of ATS and recruitment process’.
  • You have experience managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions. From headhunting to position closure.
  • You consider yourself to be highly organised and manage your projects in an efficient way.
  • You are proactive, ambitious, and ready for your next challenge.
