The role 

Our EMEA Talent Acquisition team is experiencing significant growth in hiring activities, and we are seeking an individual to deliver best in class recruiting services to meet this demand.

Our work includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle; supporting & guiding hiring managers; managing hiring experience whilst ensuring we secure the best talent; partnering on workforce planning and strategic direction of hiring through data and insights; proactively developing talent pipeline to support future hiring needs, producing regular recruitment updated and supporting colleagues in wider EMEA region on operational projects.

You will demonstrate experience and knowledge: hiring for the Central European market (Germany preferred); sourcing talent through a research-based approach; selling the story and vision of the company and engaging talent; forging strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership; identifying and removing barriers to successful delivery; adapting to changes as the business evolves through strong organizational skills and agility and leveraging data to influence staff/hiring decisions.

You are fluent in both English and German.
