Sword is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our Portugal, US and Brazil markets. There has never been a more exciting time to be at Sword Health, and this role will contribute to the most important key to our company's success: the talent.

What you'll be doing:

  • Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview;
  • Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and a high touch experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
  • Schedule candidates throughout the interview process, providing a best in class interview experience;
  • While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

What you need to have:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience;
  • Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment;
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a problem-solver mindset;
  • Experience working within an ATS;
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
