Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to managing candidate pipelines across various departments.
Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach.
Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Experience recruiting internationally is a plus.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.
