Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract top-tier talent to support teams in Marketing & Growth, Mobile and Web Development, and Product Teams.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing with hiring managers to negotiation and successful candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals and values.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in recruiting for Design, Product, Marketing, Analytical, and Tech roles.
- Strong sourcing background, especially within Europe, UK and US
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Russian
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with typical talent tech stacks and tools - Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
- Metric focused (time to hire, cost to hire, quality of hire etc.).
