Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help in  the recruitment efforts for our Palestinian Talent Initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent from Gaza and the West Bank to support our mission of rewriting the narrative for Palestinian professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and gathering feedback from interviewers.

  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout.

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support recruitment efforts.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology related, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

  • Passionate about driving positive change and making a difference.

  • Experience with management tools, communication tools, project management, and customer-centric approaches.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with tech recruiting methodologies.
