In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

You’ll be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with the Commercial team to deliver outstanding results.

What you will do…

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high volumes of applications while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Conduct high-volume video interviews (often 10+ per day), ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Partner with the Commercial leadership team to define and execute hiring strategies that align with business goals and specific needs regionally across the UK.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing a consultative and partnership-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Provide recommendations and explore innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Assist with various talent acquisition projects, including candidate generation, experience enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to prioritise tasks, manage expectations, and meet hiring targets.
  • Execute administrative tasks to support smooth recruitment operations.

What you will bring…

  • Previous talent acquisition experience, either in-house or agency
  • A proactive and solution oriented mindset, coupled with a commitment to delivering results recruiting self-employed Payment Consultants.
  • Self-motivation to engage with a high volume of candidates in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a data-driven mindset
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of talent market trends in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
  • You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
