Finding and hiring brilliant people across Checkatrade, with an focus on Tech, Product, Engineering and R&D. You’ll use your sourcing craft to uncover hard-to-find talent and build strong pipelines long before we need them.
Partnering directly with hiring managers and leaders. Understanding what good looks like, pushing thinking, challenging assumptions and shaping hiring decisions using insight and data - not guesswork.
Switching gears at pace. One hour you’re sourcing software engineers, the next you’re screening a product manager or kicking off a people operations role. If you enjoy variety, you’ll love this.
Driving high-velocity TA projects. From AI and automation to data dashboards, employer brand campaigns and Barcelona activation - you’ll help build the next generation of how we hire.
Championing an outstanding candidate experience. Whether it’s designing smoother processes, improving communication, or fixing friction points - you’ll own moments that matter.
Helping us establish our Barcelona tech-hiring ecosystem. Events, communities, brand activity, relationships - you’ll be part of something we’re building from the ground up.

Strong sourcing instincts. You know how to go beyond LinkedIn, find signals in the noise, and engage candidates who are in high demand.
A data-minded, insight-driven way of working. You don’t just deliver CVs - you help hiring managers make smarter decisions using dashboards, market intel and trends.
Collaboration without ego. You enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, PMs, leaders and our People team - solving problems together, not throwing things over the fence.
Clear, confident communication. You can tell a story, influence decisions, and hold your own in fast-moving conversations.
Ownership and action. You’re comfortable making calls, handling ambiguity, and taking projects from idea to impact.
This role is 3 days a week, minimum, in our Moorgate office.
