  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Own and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Enable hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate experiences

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies.
  • Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
