  …  as a Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA/ APAC) 

As a member of our Global Talent team, you will drive the recruiting process from end-to-end across Fastly, supporting the hiring of great people for teams, primarily across the Revenue and Client Services organisations.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who brings a passion for technology with a focus on creativity and solutions. 

We partner closely with our hiring managers to develop strategies to identify and hire  top performing candidates.  We look to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work at Fastly.  


What’s the job, day to day?

  • Work with hiring managers and business partners (up to VP level) across one or more verticals to devise hiring plans and strategies to recruit high performing talent.

  • Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from end to end, with an emphasis on delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish

  • Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  • Manage interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers

  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

  • Drive offer process in partnership with hiring managers, HR  and our Compensation team.

  • Recommend improvements to sourcing, process and candidate outreach 

  • Support the wider Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team

  • Support company Inclusion & Diversity efforts


What do I need to  apply?

  • 5+ years  progressive recruiting experience, ideally inhouse, within the UK/ European tech landscape. Experience outwith Europe is welcomed, but not essential

  • Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent through multiple methods and channels. 

  • A passion for working autonomously, with a problem-solving mindset. 

  • Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for ability/ experience AND culture

  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, to communicate across all levels

  • Knowledge of Employment and HR policies

  • Ambiguity tolerance, with solid decision making skills

  • We’d love you to have additional language skills, but this is NOT essential

Salary for this role starts at £72,000 plus bonus and equity

Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours (9am - 6pm, with flexibility)

Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements: This position is based in our London, UK office location.  Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home, with the expectation here of 2 days a week in the office. This position will require occasional international travel, as required by your role or requested by your manager.
