Talent Acquisition Partner (We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Partner who’s passionate about connecting with exceptional talent. You go beyond LinkedIn and think outside the box when it comes to sourcing – always with a sharp eye for both skill and culture fit. This is your chance to directly impact our growth, especially across our Sales and Partner Success teams in the UK region.

Requirements
  • Own end-to-end hiring across various levels and functions
  • Partner closely with hiring teams to understand roles and team dynamics
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through smart sourcing strategies
  • Prioritize an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Keep our recruitment tools (Workable, BambooHR) clean and up-to-date
  • Write compelling, creative job descriptions that actually stand out

What you bring:

  • 4+ years experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for tough-to-fill roles, especially experienced in supply recruitment (sales- and customer success roles)
  • Fluent in both English – written and spoken (any additional languages are a huge plus)
  • A natural communicator who adapts to their audience
  • A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity for how the business works
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and moving fast
