Job Description

Role Overview

Are you energised by finding brilliant talent, shaping high‑impact hiring strategies, and leading high-performing teams?

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Product (including Buying & Merchandising), Brand & Creative teams.  This is a hands-on role, where you'll spend around 70% of your time partnering with leaders and managing mid/senior level hires – with the remaining time leading and coaching a team of 3 Recruiters and delivering continuous improvements in how we attract, identify and hire top talent for ASOS.

What you’ll do

  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Product, Brand & Creative - shaping and delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience, at pace
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, advising on hiring strategies, market insights and workforce plans
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of 3 Recruiters
  • Shape and optimise assessment approaches to ensure they’re built for a high-performance culture, future‑focused and reflective of ASOS values
  • Build diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines for senior-level roles
  • Partner closely with Senior PX Partners and Talent CoEs, using data and insight to influence and enable confident decision‑making
  • Champion our employer brand in the market, and look for opportunities to elevate how ASOS shows up to candidates
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, leveraging technology, creativity and best practice to deliver a hiring experience that reflects the ASOS brand and culture

What's in it for you:

  • A culture built on our values, Authentic, Brave, Create and Deliver - where you’re encouraged to show up as your authentic self
  • Real empowerment - the space to innovate, experiment and shape how we hire for some of ASOS’s most iconic teams
  • Opportunities to grow - from partnering closely with senior business leaders to getting involved in cross-functional People and Culture projects
  • Work that makes an impact - the hires you make will directly influence our product, brand storytelling and how millions of customers experience ASOS

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • A seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner / Manager with in-house experience hiring for Product and Creative teams, including Buying & Merchandising (essential)
  • A Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys hands‑on recruiting, particularly at mid/senior levels, and knows how to balance pace with quality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - confident navigating complexity and influencing senior leaders
  • Proven experience in managing others within a Talent Acquisition context
  • An excellent collaborator who builds strong and trusted relationships, at all levels
  • Experience designing and running robust, tech-enabled assessments and selection processes
  • A data‑savvy approach, with experience of using insight to drive decisions, shape hiring plans and influence leaders
  • A champion of inclusive hiring with a track record of attracting and engaging diverse talent
  • Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environments and is comfortable flexing between hands-on delivery and more strategic work
