Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Northern Data Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience and building a strong employer brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of Northern Data Group’s employer brand to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and make informed decisions.
  • Your TA toolset: You'll have access to LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates, as well as Workday as our ATS, Teams and M365 workspace for collaborating hiring managers and teams.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably within the Tech or Data Center industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, more specifically Workday.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and diversity recruitment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about finding the right talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the company’s overall talent strategy.
  • Experience with recruiting roles in The Data Center space, but also across different corporate function domains: Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, among more if needed.
