Location: Manchester
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our recruitment efforts on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in-house, but agency experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Experience in an in-house recruitment role is preferred, but agency experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
