Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (FTC - 12 Months)

Location: Manchester

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our recruitment efforts on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in-house, but agency experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment role is preferred, but agency experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
