As part of SumUp’s strategic growth initiative, we are expanding our Field Sales operations in Europe. To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. 

The TA Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations in the UK. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and efforts for the market, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and roles within SumUp.

What you’ll do:

  • Fully onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives in the UK
  • Execute on the E2E recruitment for our Field Sales Representative positions.
  • Continuously analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved to meet the hiring needs for Field Sales Representatives
  • Support employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and to prioritise hiring needs

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high volume Sales positions together with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines 
  • Have a user-centric mindset - willing to go the extra mile to achieve a best in class hiring experience/delivery for candidates and Hiring Manager alike
  • Possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Are able to effectively manage stakeholders and complex projects
  • Have adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an affinity for data and understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics.
