Role Overview: 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team for an initial 6-month period. Please note this role has been assessed as Inside IR35, and payment will be processed via PAYE or an umbrella company through our third-party partner.

Role overview:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager drives operational excellence, program execution, and continuous improvement across the Global Talent Acquisition organization. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Analytics, and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes, enable technology adoption, support organizational change, and deliver scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with recruiting operations knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving efficiency through systems, data, and process improvement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and execute Talent Acquisition programs and projects, providing governance, project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Serve as a Talent Acquisition Operations subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, operational efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support the optimization, implementation, and adoption of Talent Acquisition technologies, including applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and related recruiting systems.
  • Drive change management initiatives by developing communications, training resources, and documentation that enable successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Analyze recruiting and workforce data, maintain data integrity, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver operational support, ensure compliance, and drive scalable solutions across the organization.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years (or equivalent) experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with HR and recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, CRM platforms, Beeline, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting global recruiting organizations and large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, employment compliance, and governance practices (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience driving process improvement, change management, and technology adoption.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
