Roles & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Based in London, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition effort across Europe, as part of our global Talent Acquisition Team, based in Chicago. Initially, a key focus of the role will be to drive progress and implementation for three key Talent Acquisition projects in Europe, in collaboration and alignment with the broader global and local teams:

  • Introducing AI within our local and global selection tools and processes, including provider evaluation, stakeholder management, introduction, and further development
  • Early Careers: Driving a pan-European campus strategy and associated intern hiring effort across Europe
  • Systems & Processes: Reviewing opportunities to streamline, integrate, upgrade and standardize processes and tools, integrating various related systems, leveraging their capabilities and implement changes accordingly aligning stakeholders

Aside from the above, focus will be on the recruitment and selection of talented M&A, Valuations, & Capital Advisory bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across Lincoln International’s European offices. The Talent Acquisition Manager will help foster and drive the brand, passion and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success. This person should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, and be poised and able to interface with many different people both inside and outside the firm, within a pan-European and global setting This role will report directly into the Global Talent Acquisition team based in Chicago, with dotted line reporting relationships and meaningful interaction with the Talent team in Europe.

In addition, they should have demonstrated success within a previous role in the introduction of AI related selection tools, process improvements and managing an Early-Careers-effort, ideally on a pan-European scale.

The  Talent Acquisition Manager should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end.

Aside from the three core projects outlined above, we envision the Talent Acquisition Manager will be tasked with the following:

  • Lead the recruitment process for bankers with a focus on Interns, Analysts & Associates, including screening applications, leading and coordinating selection processes
  • Provide Greenhouse expertise across Lincoln’s European offices
  • Strategically support the global Talent Acquisition team in executing general process improvements and ensuring successful implementation of Lincoln International’s global Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Heighten LI’s employer brand in Europe, including Glassdoor management and targeted branding initiatives
  • Provide accurate reporting on European Talent Acquisition efforts to global Talent team members and leadership
  • Identify and pipeline relevant talent by leveraging technology (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and active networking
  • Craft and implement innovative Talent sourcing strategies creating prospective talent pools and engagement
  • Assist with building hiring plans that provide equal opportunities to all candidates, internal and external
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Lincoln International, pursuing opportunities to become embedded in the local market and sharing company, culture, and value information with prospective employees to position Lincoln International as an employer of choice
  • Actively manage all European headhunter relationships, including negotiating vendor contracts, keeping an oversight of terms and depth of relationships
  • Other opportunities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
  • Working knowledge of European employment regulations & GDPR requirements
  • Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including early careers recruiting, ideally in a professional services or client services environment
  • Excellent story telling skills to convey LI’s proposition to candidates
  • Project Management skills to drive the outlined 3 project focus areas, demonstrated prior success within these in another role
  • Strong negotiating skills that work on behalf of the company and the talent
  • Full-cycle recruiting, and process improvement experience
  • Executive business acumen and communication skills
  • Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ideally speaks one or more European languages, in addition to English
