Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our international HR team at our headquarters in Balzan, Malta. This hands-on role will involve owning the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple teams and regions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires. You will lead direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, conduct and coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout. Operating within a fast-paced, multi-region organization, you will also contribute to broader HR initiatives, leveraging your market insight, professional network, and recruitment expertise to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple teams and geographies
- Proactively source and headhunt talent through direct outreach and network activation
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and effective hiring strategies
- Lead and coordinate interviews, representing HR and clearly communicating the company’s value proposition and benefits
- Manage candidate pipelines, data accuracy, and recruitment reporting using BambooHR
- Support offer management and negotiations, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives such as internal mobility, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, in-house or agency, ideally within international or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer and onboarding
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to influence, engage, and sell opportunities to candidates
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to talent sourcing and pipeline development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, multi-region organization
- A strong personal or professional network in Limassol’s commercial or creative sectors is highly desirable
- Experience using ATS platforms such as BambooHR is a plus
