The role: Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the VP, Head of People & Culture, you’ll drive all aspects of talent acquisition—from recruiting execution and stakeholder partnership to analytics and candidate experience—contributing to our talent strategy and systems to support rapid growth. If you love making an impact at scale, designing and improving processes, and working with ambitious and passionate team members—you’ll feel right at home at Antler.

What you'll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment for ~10–12 roles at a time, across 20+ countries.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and building strong talent pipelines across the globe.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define profiles, share insights, and refine hiring practices.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates and provide them with an excellent candidate experience by communicating transparently, preparing them for interviews and providing timely feedback.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to track performance, identify process improvements, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure revision and development of a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent globally.
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS (JazzHR), ensuring clean data, accurate postings, and efficient workflows.
  • Manage relationships with external executive search firms, ensuring alignment with our objectives and standards
  • Coordinate background checks and support onboarding processes as needed.

What you'll bring

  • 4-6 years of experience of managing multiple concurrent, end-to-end recruitment processes (10+ roles) in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across global teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Comfort working across different cultures and time zones.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases
