You’ll be the go-to recruiter for all things Tech & Product (Engineering Manager, Full stack Software Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers…) , owning the full hiring lifecycle and driving the growth of our revenue teams across Europe. You’ll move fast, think strategically, and deliver results — around 25 hires per year, without ever compromising on quality.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Tech & Product roles .

  • Partner with Tech & Product Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams.

  • Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent.

  • Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious sellers.

  • Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion.

  • Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class.

  • Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler.

What You Bring :
  • +5 years of experience hiring sales profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup).

  • Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~20-23 strong hires/year).

  • Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them.

  • Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English (especially written english) and French.

  • Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen.

Our Hiring Process

  1. Screening (45 min) – Chat with your future manager about how you recruit, collaborate, and deliver.

  2. Written questions & Technical Interview (1 hour) – Show us your approach to a realistic hiring challenge (sourcing strategy, prioritization, or candidate experience).

  3. Behavioral Interview (45 min) – Meet one of our founders or Sales Leader to align on mindset, culture, and ambition.

  4. Offer & Onboarding 🚀 – If it’s a match, we move quickly, you’ll hear from us in the 48h following your last interview.
