About the job

We are looking for an inspirational leader to spearhead our Talent Acquisition activities in Southern & Central Europe. You will lead TA partners in 8 different locations across Europe, being responsible for their wellbeing,  and delivery. You will partner closely with the business stakeholders across Europe and develop deep partnerships within our HR Community.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe, and you will be a part of the European Talent Acquisition Management team. You can be based close to any of our larger sites in Southern & Central Europe, Breda (BR), Krakow (PL), Warszawa (PL), Chalon-Sur-Saone (FR), Saint Priest (FR), Camberly (UK), Hamburg (D) or Monza (IT). 

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape the talent acquisition strategy and create a culture of accountability, anticipating and addressing changing needs
  • Lead, coach, empower, and develop a high-performing geographically dispersed team who espouse our values and nurture an inclusive culture
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create and operate a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process to ensure we are making high quality hiring decisions in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, establishing accountability and using data to draw insights and influence decisions
  • Always strive to improve the above, identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized recruitment strategies, consistently ensuring a healthy pipeline of relevant talent in your region

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a multinational team, with direct reports
  • Strong people management skills with ability to build, inspire, coach and develop
  • Proven track record within Talent Acquisition
