We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in London. We're looking for someone who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a passion for learning more about recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the business.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status via phone and email, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Help maintain accurate data and reporting in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to help identify trends and future pipelines.
- Support hiring teams with various day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date between September 2024 and October 2025.
- A genuine interest in recruitment or human resources.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Great communication skills – written and verbal.
