Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for Talent Acquisition Intern to be based across the UK. This is a paid 12 Month internship. You must be completing a Placement Year as part of your university course or within two years of completing your degree. The internship runs from the 6th July 2026 to July 2027. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 30th March at 10am.

As our Talent Acquisition placement Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting end-to-end recruitment across our portfolio as well as support projects across the HR team. Our Talent plans for 2026 include building strong Apprenticeship, Intern and Graduate cohorts which can build our internal talent benches. You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider People Team to attract brilliant talent, support hiring managers, and elevate the candidate experience.

Job Description

Recruitment Operations & Coordination

Support with improving our candidate attraction across early career and experienced hires through our job adverts, job descriptions and interview processes. 
Manage SmartRecruiters (our ATS), ensuring job adverts, candidate records, and status updates are accurate and timely.
Job Descriptions are a big project for the internship – You will be collaborating with Hiring Teams across the business to improve our descriptions.
Assist with recruiting of roles, any HR Projects linking to the Talent team.

Candidate Experience

Help deliver an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring communications are timely, inclusive and on-brand.
Prepare candidate packs and support logistics for interviews and assessment days.
HireVue (our video interview platform) – You will collaborate with different teams to improve our candidate experience. 

Hiring Manager Support

Work with hiring managers to draft compelling, inclusive job briefs.
Provide guidance on recruitment process steps, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support Managers through recruiting our Graduate Program.

Employer Branding & Projects

Contribute to our employer brand through job postings, social media content, and recruitment campaigns.
Support key recruitment projects such as improving our DEI sourcing strategy, building talent pipelines, or enhancing onboarding.
Each project influences the different business areas by identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the employee experience.
LinkedIn: You will learn the role of a being our very own Red Bull resourcer – supporting the Talent Manager and Talent Specialist.

Learning & Development

Take part in Red Bull’s intern development programme, gaining skills in communication, self-leadership and commercial thinking.
Shadow senior recruiters and join meetings to learn how a people-first hiring strategy comes to life.
You will also attend different trainings and workshops to support and build your skills toolkit.
 

Qualifications

Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship as part of your studies or within 2 years of completing your degree. 
A keen interest in HR and the day-to-day operations of an HR function.
Enthusiasm and the ability to build, develop, and maintain good working relationships.
Passion for people, communication and building relationships.
Super organised with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Curious about talent, brand, culture and how great companies hire well.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office; any experience with an ATS is a plus but not essential.
Data-driven – the ability to take data and create a story with it.
