The Opportunity:  

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will work in our Talent Acquisition team, playing a key role in largest and most exciting growth area within Ogilvy UK - Social, PR & Influence. 

A big part of this role will be supporting the organisation by delivering efficient and effective day-to-day support and assistance to our Talent Team across all aspects of the employee life cycle and people projects. You will be a key member of the team, helping us to champion our culture and employee experience. As such, you should have a passion for developing and implementing initiatives to improve the working environment and our employer brand.

You will learn and develop the skills across a full spectrum of Talent Acquisition, with commonality of communication, listening, analysis and insights across the areas. We will work with you with to help aid you to adapt to challenges and changing priorities whilst being able to work in a fast-paced environment too.

Requirements:

  • Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Team across all new hires within Social, PR & Influence
  • A proactive and creative approach to hiring, employing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Ideally 1-2 years experience within recruitment
  • Proactively build a pipeline of talent to ensure the business has readily accessible talent in the market
  • Partner within hiring managers to advise and understand hiring needs 
  • Be involved in employer branding initiatives across the UK
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, managing complex queries appropriately within the department 
  • Provide information and advice regarding Ogilvy's policies and processes
  • A passion or interest to work within creative and marketing
