We are seeking a talented and dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team from our brand new penthouse Leeuwarden Hub! As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and improving our company's global recruiting operation, across our 4 international Hubs (Leeuwarden, Valencia, London and New York City). Your responsibilities a variety of tasks, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate engagement, and supporting a variety of TA initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our Datamaran's goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the talent acquisition team in scheduling interviews, assessments, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Create, post and maintain job advertisements on various platforms and social media to attract candidates
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process and the broader People Team
- Help coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and act as a point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Support on a range TA projects such as Employer Branding; content creation and promoting our workplace culture
- Compile and analyse recruitment metrics to provide insights on hiring effectiveness
To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Datamaran, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment support, coordination, scheduling or project management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience
- Must be comfortable on the phone. We use it to contact candidates and hiring managers!
- A proactive , adaptable and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to seek autonomy and ownership
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling candidate information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, we use Workable as our ATS
- IT literate using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working experience within a SaaS or tech. Agency background considered
- Working knowledge of other systems including Bamboo and Monday.com
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Knowledge of labour legislation and recruitment best practices in different territories
- Already living in Friesland (or vicinity)
