Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various job positions. You will be the first point of contact for all candidates and will own sourcing and candidate engagement from application through to onboarding.

This role is hybrid with weekly site visits. We are looking for the successful TA Coordinator to join the team on 1st April 2025 and this is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Job Description

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Proactively direct source talent using a range of headhunting techniques
  • Conduct initial screening of CV'S and applications to assess candidate suitability and match them with job requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews alongside offers / feedback sessions
  • Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 
  • Engage with candidates through phone screenings, email communication, and other appropriate channels to gauge interest and availability.
  • Plan and attend site recruitment open days
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and records in the applicant tracking system 
  • Have great rapport with candidates from the initial telephone screening through to offer, delivering an extraordinary candidate experience every time.
  • Build talent pipelines for any future opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Ability to support the Talent Acquisition Partner and recruitment function assisting with finding new talent
  • Proven success within a sourcing or recruitment role, preferably within the FMCG sector 
  • Familiarity and proven success using various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies together 
  • A creative mind-set to engage with the best talent, to complement our team via multiple channels and resources
  • Energy to be an ambassador and build brand awareness while working on diverse talent attraction strategies
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking with lots of candidates every day
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, professional networking sites, and job boards for candidate sourcing.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
