At ICON, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner on a contact basis to play a critical role in attracting the talent that drives innovation in healthcare and clinical research around the world.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (inital 6 month contract) you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver world-class recruitment solutions. You'll:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies.

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.

  • Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ICON's values and employer brand.

  • Champion innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technology, and best practices.
     

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional who combines commercial awareness with a people-first approach.

You'll have:

  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise.

  • Experience managing complex recruitment projects and multiple priorities.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring decision.
