Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team. This role is uniquely split between managing European contract creation and process review, and contributing to group projects and process optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
European Contracts:
- Working alongside the TA Leads to manage the end-to-end process for drafting European contracts
- Ensure compliance with European employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems with accurate candidate and New Joiner information.
- Build and maintain a series of process maps and guides on European hiring, as well as keeping offer documentation up to date for applicable countries.
Group Projects and Process Optimisation:
- Assist the wider TA team in HR group projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and overall HR efficiency, as well as ad-hoc recruitment support.
- Analyse current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the wider HR Centres of Expertise (COEs) to streamline HR processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with an understanding of European markets.
- Knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in process optimisation and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Workday and other HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
