Job Description

At Ramboll, we believe that sustainable change is only possible when people and nature thrive together. As a foundation-owned company with roots in Denmark, our purpose is to create a lasting positive impact on society. In 2024, Ramboll UK was proud to be recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

We are now seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor specialising in Early Careers to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of Ramboll professionals and play a key role in building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.

This will be on a 12 month-fixed term contract basis initially.

Your new role:

As our Talent Acquisition Advisor specialising in Early Careers, you will be central to developing and delivering recruitment campaigns that attract, engage, and hire the very best early talent. You will work as a trusted partner to our business, collaborating with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external networks to ensure Ramboll continues to stand out as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for apprentices, placements, graduates, and interns, from attraction to onboarding across the UK, Europe and more globally when required
  • Ensure processes are equitable and create a positive candidate journey for individuals from all backgrounds
  • Act as a key point of contact for early careers recruitment, providing insights on market trends, best practice, and innovative approaches
  • Manage high-volume campaigns with efficiency and accuracy, while maintaining a focus on candidate experience
  • Organise and deliver in-person assessment centres in Birmingham or London
  • Engage with our international talent acquisition community to share knowledge and support projects that continuously improve how we attract and nurture early careers talent worldwide
  • Develop our presence across universities, schools, and professional networks through events, partnerships, and digital engagement in collaboration with our Employee Networks and Employer Branding

This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on recruitment delivery to shape how Ramboll identifies and develops the future workforce.

About you:

We know that passion and potential are just as important as past experience. If you are motivated by helping people take their first career steps, and you thrive in a collaborative environment with varied priorities, we’d love to hear from you.

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following:

  • Previous experience in in-house early careers talent acquisition, ideally within a global or multinational organisation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships in a way that works for you and others (e.g. candidates, hiring managers, external partners)
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to organise and support the delivery of in-person assessment centres in Birmingham or London, with reasonable adjustments available where required
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for creating equitable opportunities for all candidates
  • Experience with recruitment technology and digital assessment tools
  • Knowledge of candidate attraction strategies, including social media campaigns, careers fairs, and employer brand initiatives would be a great advantage

What we can offer you

  • Flexible work environment
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Matched pension contributions
  • Private medical cover and life assurance
  • The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company

Ready to join us?

Please submit your application and CV online. We invite diversity in all its forms and encourage applicants from all groups to apply.

Deadline: 4th January 2026 (we reserve the right to close this advert early due to volume of applications)
