We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our Talent and People team in delivering a first-class candidate and colleague experience. What we are looking for…

We’re seeking an enthusiastic administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can manage confidential information with professionalism. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding, and ensuring every candidate and colleague experiences a smooth and fair process.

Location…

This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and professional updates
  • Support the preparation of engaging job postings for internal and external boards

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce reports
  • Process offer letters and pre-employment checks, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Prepare onboarding materials and track outstanding requirements
  • Support compliance with recruitment policies, legislation, and data protection

Engagement & Development:

  • Create engaging adverts and social media content to attract talent
  • Assist with internal training sessions and development initiatives
  • Contribute to employer branding through careers fairs, recruitment events, and campaigns
  • Promote the wellbeing and fair treatment of colleagues

Stakeholder Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners
  • Provide administrative assistance to the wider Talent and People team
  • Support internal and external communication to ensure a positive candidate experience

About you…

  • Previous experience in administration with strong organisational skills
  • Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and processes
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Degree qualified or studying towards CIPD (desirable)
