We are looking for a talented, passionate Sourcer to join our team on a 6 month basis.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search for potential candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Utilize advanced search techniques like Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates.

  • Reach out to candidates through personalized communication, including crafting recruiting emails and initiating conversations to gauge interest in job opportunities.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies that align with the organization's hiring needs.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent for the organization.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient tracking and reporting.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance sourcing strategies and improve the employer brand.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is required,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, and excellent research abilities to identify potential candidates.

  • Exposure to Sales, Marketing or Media recruitment is desirable
