About the Role
 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems Training Manager to join our Sales Effectiveness team. The GTM Systems Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our go-to-market systems and tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and technology.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Planning, executing and managing the implementation of Training roll out for new systems and the ongoing maintenance of system training for Go To Market systems such as, but not limited to Salesforce, Gong, Clari, LI Navigator, and Zoom Info

  • Defining a comprehensive System Training curriculum for each system in the portfolio, detailing modularized learning objectives and essential training assets customized to the specific GTM roles and requirements

  • Managing vendors to ensure we optimize their contribution to delivering training, encompassing live and digital assets for deployment, updates, and onboarding processes

  • Serving as the primary 'knowledge expert' on GTM systems, actively engaging, challenging, and influencing the workforce to leverage systems correctly and effectively through the provision of best practice guidance via videos, step-by-step instructions, and Spekit solutions

  • Collaborating closely with Instructional Designers to translate your content into sophisticated digital learning materials, evaluate knowledge transfer effectiveness, and seamlessly integrate training into onboarding processes

  • Enhancing training initiative engagement and effectiveness with managed communications including live training touchpoints where needed, briefings and sharing guidance with senior People Leaders on how best to drive desired behaviors related to system usage within the GTM team.

  • Collaborating with system owners to develop and implement robust plans for managing system access, encompassing onboarding new starters, providing technical system support, integrating with other systems, configuring systems, and communicating about technology updates

  • Ensuring benefits realization, capture valuable lessons learned, success metrics, and success stories to drive continuous improvement before concluding each training cycle

  • Staying at the forefront of evolving System Training methods and technology to continuously enhance and innovate training programs

Requirements 

  • Have extensive experience in designing and executing system training programs, with a specialization in Salesforce

  • Be an expert in sales systems/processes ensuring interoperability with the GTM systems and project managing stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a sales or IT environment

  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Have in depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
